Afterschool care

For our older children, we have the afterschool-care, where an appropriate change of focus is implimented in order to accomodate to the interests of children of this age specifically. We offer a place where children – especially the youngest of school attendees – can easily wind down.

Examples of activities that are offered are: chess, tennis, painting, pottery, hip-hop, ballet, individual music lessons (guitar, violin, piano), insect hotel, building classes and cooking classes.

The children can also receive homework support, help with their personal projects and are encouraged to help out with organizational tasks such as learning to empty the dishwasher, feeding the English ChildCare pets and making photocopies.

Through good communication with the parents, the child and input from their school teacher(s), it is our mission to help develop the child by assisting with her/his schoolwork as well as helping them to venture out and explore new hobbies and interests.
